How to Register an Account

We highly recommend that you register an account with us. This is so you can enjoy member discounts and you will be the first to know when we have sales or new products in the store.

Step 1

Look for "My Account" and click on it.

Step 2

Enter your details carefully, then click "Submit Information" at the bottom of the page. Next time, just log in with your email address and password.

Step 3

Check your email account when you are successful. You should receive a confirmation email within 1 hour. If you have not, please make sure you check your Spam mail folder, it may have been delivered in there. Otherwise, do contact us.

If you are looking for your 10% discount code for our store launch, it will be in this confirmation email. Use it at Step 2 of your Checkout (see below for a walkthrough) where your order total will be discounted.

How to Buy Products / How to Use your Shopping Cart

Step 1

Browse to the product you want to buy, then click "Add to Cart". You can add more than 1 of each product, just change the number in the box.

Step 2

Remember that you can choose the color of lipsticks, eyeshadows, foundation etc. whenever you see a drop down box that says "Please Choose One". Please note that colors on your screen may not reflect actual colors due to differences in screen contrast and brightness. 

Step 3

Whenever you add anything to your Shopping Cart, you will see the contents in a box on the left hand side above "Categories". Click "[more]" to access the Shopping Cart page. There you will be able to change quantities of your products, delete products, and see the order total of your products. When you are happy with your purchases, click "Checkout".

Step 4

If you have not logged into your account, you will be prompted to do so. Registered users may enter their email and password. New users should register their details before continuing. In Step 1 of 3 Checkout, you will be asked to check your delivery information. Edit your address if you need to. Then click "Continue".

Step 5

Check your "Billing Address" and enter any discount codes you may have. Your order total will be updated on before you confirm your order. Choose your payment method. You will get details of our Cheque or CIMB Bank details on the next page. If you are paying by Maybank2u, type "Maybank" in the space below. Our Maybank details are in "Payment Methods".

Step 6

Review all your details, making sure your Delivery Address is correct and you have ordered the right products. When you are satisfied, click "Confirm Order". We will recieve your order details and wait for your payment. When we have confirmed your payment, you will receive an updated email saying your order has been "Delivered".






** Remember you can always log into your account to view your Order History and to see the status of your order. Order status "Pending" means that we are waiting for your payment. Order status "Delivered" means we have received your payment and have shipped your order. You will receive it within 48 hours.

** You will always receive a confirmation email when you first register or place an order with us. Please do check your spam mail folder if you have not received it within 1 hour. If you still have not received any emails after that, please contact us.
