We ship all products via Pos Laju, Pos Express or G-Dex depending on your delivery address.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders with the total amount of RM100 and above will be shipped for free! Orders below RM100 will be charged at RM5 per item.
Can you deliver my products to Singapore/Thailand/Indonesia/Brunei?
Yes, in some cases. Please contact us for more details. If you place an order with us from abroad, we may contact you for further details before processing your order.
Can you deliver to Sabah/Sarawak?
Yes. We can deliver products to Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. How long will it take to receive my products?
After you place an order, you can log into 'My Account' to check the status of your order. Once we have received your payment via Cheque or Bank Transfer, we will ship your products. Please allow up to 3 working days for your products to arrive. Please allow for extra time if you order over the weekend or during public holidays. My order is "Pending", what does that mean? This means that we have received your order and we are waiting for your payment or for your cheque to clear. My order is "Processing", what does that mean? This means that we have received and cleared your payment and we are about to ship your goods. My order is "Delivered", what does that mean? This means that we have shipped your goods. Please allow up to 3 working days to receive your delivery. Please allow for extra time if you order over the weekend or during public holidays. It has been 3 days and I have not received my order. Where are my products?
Please note that it will take up to 3 working days for your products to arrive after we have cleared your payment. If your products still have not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I return my products?
No, B Q Enterprise Sdn Bhd operate a strict no-returns policy for products that have been opened or used so please ensure that you have ordered the correct product and with make up, the correct color. However, if you believe your product is defective, you may contact us within 7 working days of the date on the invoice. Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that there
is someone at your Delivery Address to collect your goods when you have placed an order. B Q
